What a shame that the Rushed Clans of the Clan War League rules. It's hard to keep the balance between regular wars and Clan war leagues war. It is not easy to judge whether it is better to be promoted or not. 12 lvl made a big difference. It is very difficult to destroy Town Hall at this level, especially with lower lvl army.
